Likelihood of Damaging Earthquakes

A report released today forecasts a high likelihood of damaging earthquakes during the lifetime of many Utah residents: http://on.doi.gov/1SOKeQp

In the next 50 years, there is a 43 percent chance, or nearly 1-out-of-2 odds, of at least one large (magnitude 6.75 or greater) earthquake for the Wasatch Front region of #Utah#Idaho, and#Wyoming. Nearly 80% of Utah's population resides in the Wasatch Front.
