From Glacier National Park:
In an attempt to watch the full moon rise we headed out to the North Fork road for a good view. After waiting for about 30 minutes, the sun set with no moon rise, so we decided to call it quits and started to drive back. Just as we crested a hill along the Camas road we were smacked dead in the face by this view. Essentially we planned and failed only to succeed by accident. Sometimes dumb luck is all you need. Have you had a serendipitous experience like this happen to you in glacier? Share it below! (jwf)
