U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham (R-South Carolina) discussed how the U.S. should respond in the wake of last week's terror attack in Paris. Graham called for the Administration to stop emptying Guantanamo Bay prison and to develop a coherent strategy in its fight against ISIL, one that establishes a ground component in Syria and Iraq to complement the U.S.' air campaign.
