EASTERN PACIFIC - System 99E Developed
An elongated area of low pressure, designated as System 99E, located about 1,100 miles west-southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula was producing disorganized showers and thunderstorms this morning, Nov. 16 (PDT). Development, if any, of this system should be slow to occur while it moves little or drifts southwestward during the next few days, according to the National Hurricane Center. It has a low chance for development in the next 5 days.
