SO PACIFIC OCEAN - System 95P has a Medium Chance for Development
At 1400 UTC (9 a.m. EST) today, Nov, 26, the Joint Typhoon Warning Center noted that System 95P had a medium chance to become a tropical depression in the next 24 hours.
System 95P is known as 03F in Fiji, as it is located 470 miles north-northeast of Fiji in the South Pacific. It is centered near 10.2 south and 179.5 east.
NOAA's GOES-West satellite captured this infrared image of the developing low pressure area today.
