System 93P Developed

SOUTHWESTERN PACIFIC OCEAN - System 93P Developed
System 93P is a low pressure area located near 7.8 south latitude and 165.7 east longitude, about 355 nautical miles east-northeast of Honiara, Solomon Islands. 
Satellite imagery shows that the poorly-defined, broad low-level circulation center has clusters of deep convection and developing thunderstorms) along the western semi-circle. This infrared image from Japan's MTSAT-2 satellite shows the center northeast of the Solomon Islands today, Nov. 16 at 1432 UTC (9:32 a.m. EST). 
The Joint Typhoon Warning Center noted that the potential for the development of a significant tropical cyclone within the next 24 hours remains low.
