LONGMONT, Colo. — Police in Colorado say a 51-year-old man may be headed to Missouri with a 16-year-old kidnapping victim. Longmont police want the public to be on the lookout for Thomas Ludwig Fechtler, also known as Thomas Kitchen, who is believed to be driving a light green 2007 Toyota RAV 4 with Missouri plates: WH9 K2U. The vehicle has expired tags dated Nov. of 2015 and rear-end damage.
