JUST IN: The #DSCOVR launch was scrubbed again -- this time due to upper-level winds -- and will be reset for a 24-hour turnaround. Next launch attempt: February 11 at 6:03 p.m. EST, with coverage on NASA TV starting at 5 pm: http://www.nasa.gov/nasatv. NASA said the weather is expected to be more favorable, with weakening upper-level winds. Stay tuned and thanks for following along...http://www.nesdis.noaa.gov/DSCOVR
