From NASA's Hurricane Web Page:

NW PACIFIC OCEAN - In-fa is a Strong Typhoon (Major Hurricane)
Typhoon In-fa is a Category 3 hurricane/typhoon on the Saffir-Simpson Wind Scale. NASA/JAXA's GPM satellite passed over In-Fa and captured rainfall rates and saw very heavy rainfall around the center of circulation, falling at a rate of more than 1.6 inches per hour. This image combines GPM rainfall imagery with cloud imagery from Japan's MTSAT-2 satellite.
At 10 a.m. EST (1500 UTC/1 am CHST, Nov. 22) the center of typhoon in-fa was located by satellite near latitude 12.7 degrees north and longitude 138.8 degrees east...moving west-northwest at 18 mph. In-fa was about 200 miles north-northwest of Ulithi.
In-fa is expected to maintain the same general heading but gradually slow down during the next 24 hours. Maximum sustained winds remain 130 mph. Typhoon force winds extend outward up to 45 miles from the center. Tropical storm force winds extend outward up to 145 miles from the center. In-fa is still expected to intensify during the next day or so before a weakening trend begins Monday.
