The two previous restaurants at this location did not do well. Stroud's is noted in the Kansas City Metro area as having very good fried chicken. Hopefully, Stroud's will be able to do here what the other two restaurants could not. Independence, MO. Sony Cyber-shot. March 28, 2015.
