Teams today gave a ‘GO’ for launch of Orbital ATK’s Cygnus spacecraft atop a United Launch Alliance Atlas V rocket. Liftoff is scheduled for 5:33 p.m. EST Thursday. There is a 60 percent chance of favorable weather. Cygnus will carry more than 7,000 pounds of science and research, crew supplies and vehicle hardware to the International Space Station.
