NORTHWESTERN PACIFIC OCEAN- Tropical storm Melor Heading West toward Philippines
Tropical Storm Melor has intensified over the last day to maximum sustained winds near 50 knots. It was centered near 11.3 North and 132.4 East., about 695 nautical miles east-southeast of Manila, Philippines. Melor is moving to the west-northwest at 11 knots. 
Melor will move west-northwest toward the Philippines. The system will strengthen to 85 knots before making landfall in the Philippine islands.
NO public storm warning signals are currently in force
