Pu‘u ‘O‘o fountain

I may have posted this photo before, but it is pretty cool so I thought I would post it again. (I definitely remember posting a similar photo.) I hope that Google doesn't get mad at me. - JBK

Wow! For our #TBT today, we're sharing a photo of an aerial view of the Pu‘u ‘O‘o fountain during episode 23 of the Pu‘u ‘O‘o–Kupaianaha Eruption on July 28, 1984. Theodolite measurements of these high fountains, which played throughout the day, ranged from 150 to 305 m. (Photo by J.D. Griggs, 7/28/84)
