KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Jackson County prosecutors have charged one metro teenager with killing two men in October, and charged another teen with helping him get away from the crime scene, and destroying evidence.
Louie S. Guana,18, faces two counts of first-degree murder, three counts of armed criminal action and first-degree assault. Christopher Hamm Jr.,17, is charged with hindering prosecution and tampering with physical evidence.
