An MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopter assigned to the HSC-7 Dusty Dogs flies toward the Military Sealift Command fleet replenishment oiler USNS Kanawha (T-AO-196) during a replenishment at sea with the aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69). 
Secretary of Defense Ash Carter and India's Minister of Defense Manohar Parrikar will visit the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower later this afternoon for a tour and to observe flight operations.
