COLUMBIA – Gov. Nikki Haley today said South Carolina will join 16 other states in suing the Obama administration over the president's executive order on immigration, alleging he has violated the law and the impact will be felt in the state.
Haley and State Attorney Alan Wilson announced the action saying this was not about immigration policy but about following the law.
