SBA and FEMA Inspect Fishing Villages (ID: 67172)

Fort Yukon, Alaska, July 6, 2013 -- The Individual Assistance (IA) Task Force team is conducting inspections along the Yukon river fishing camps to those who were affacted by the severe flooding. Individual Assistance in the form of Other Needs Assistance (ONA) grants are being provided for subsistence area registrants to provide relief from the loss of the salmon mill and the loss of the fish that will not be caught and harvested in order to survive the brutal winters in the Unorganized Borough.
