Emmonak, Alaska, July 15, 2013 -- A view from up above shows the path of the receeding flood waters in this community after severe flooding crippled the entire infastructure. Federal funding in the form of Public Assistance (PA) is available to state, tribal and eligible local governments and certian nonprofit organizations on a cost sharing basis for emergency work and the repair or replacement of facilities damaged by the flooding in the Alaska Gateway Regional Educational Attendance Area (REAA), Copper River REAA, Lower Yukon REAA, Yukon Flats REAA, and the Yukon-Koyukuk REAA.
