Church/Tavern

In one of the small towns along the Rhine River there was a tavern joined to a church. In fact, the only way to get into the church was through the tavern. The citizens of the town must have thought that it would be very convenient to be able to go out on a Saturday night and drink so much as to pass out. Then, on Sunday morning, when you wake up, you are ready for Church.
