High Water Level at Smithville Lake
We had unusually heavy rains this Spring. This photo from June 25, 2019 shows the high water level at Smithville Lake, near Kansas City, Missouri. There is supposed to be a beach here, but it is submerged. The object sticking out of the water normally drips water and children play beneath it.
