Eagle, Alaska, Aug. 8, 2013 -- Nick Turner (R) discusses his elevation effort with FEMA Federal Coordinating Officer Dolph A. Diemont (L) and state State Coordinating Officer Bryan Fisher (C) after he raised his home above the base level elevation recommended by the National Flood Insurance Program.
