EASTERN PACIFIC OCEAN - System 90E Still Elongated

From NASA's Hurricane Web Page:

EASTERN PACIFIC OCEAN - System 90E Still Elongated

An elongated area of low pressure called System 90E extending from several hundred miles south to southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula is producing a large area of cloudiness and thunderstorms. Environmental conditions are conducive for development, and a tropical depression could form during the next few days while this system moves west-northwestward to northwestward. This has a low chance to develop in 2 days and a medium chance for development in 5 days. This is an infrared image of the low pressure area from NOAA's GOES-West satellite today.
